Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We have been using ActiveCampaign for a year now and it has helped to automate and streamline alot of our communication and processes. We really enjoy the logic automation and form builder! As a small nonprofit we are unable to find alot of affordable and easy-to-implement products, ActiveCampaign provided that for us!

We would ActiveCampaign to be more comprehensive compared to other form builders because we were able to also review the data and contacts in CRM format. Compared to Mailchimp we found ActiveCampaign's automation logic and email builder to be more intuitive and easy to navigate. Overall we found ActiveCampaign to be more comprehensive.

We have found ActiveCampign great for small nonprofit, CRM needs including tagging and segmentation, basic automation logic, embedding forms on the website.

We could see ActiveCampaign potentially not best for large CRM needs, more advanced automation logic, advanced email formatting, advanced form building.

We highly recommend trying ActiveCampaign for small business and nonprofit needs.
