Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign for email automation, landing pages, and forms to capture leads with opt-ins. This helps me create nurture sequences with every new contact added to my list. I use the templates feature when creating emails, which saves me time. I use the tagging feature to segment users based on interests.
  • Great customer service with 1:1 calls monthly included with membership.
  • Integration with other platforms.
  • User education with help articles.
  • The landing page designing could be more user friendly and intuitive.
  • The form feature sometimes doesn’t format to fit different screens like a phone to desktop or vice versa.
  • It allows me to stay in touch with clients who I wouldn’t otherwise contact regularly without automation.
  • It allows me to capture new leads with tracking.
  • It allows me to segment audiences.

I’m a relatively new user of all technologies and know I’m not utilizing ActiveCampaign’s features even close to what I could be. They regularly send me emails asking and suggesting ways they can help me grow my business, and even remind me to schedule my free calls with them. They also offered a free account review to see where I could be improving my stats and usage. The customer service reps have been very helpful and patient on calls and through text chats.
