Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use it to ensure that our employees working remotely are in fact being productive. We compare productivity when working remotely vs in the office. We look to see when employees are overworking so that we can provide proper support. We also have strict policies for use because we are a defense contractor. We use the alerts to let us know when someone is doing things that are prohibited (ie. using dropbox, storing data to a USB, etc)
- Tracking Productivity
- Providing Alerts for prohibited activities
- Reporting
- Include Employees with no activity in reports
- Alert or report for when employee has not done work in a day (absent)
- Be able to remove the screenshots from the alarm log so you can only see actual alarms
- Employee retention. Allowing employees to work remotely with confidence they are being productive
- Being able to intervene when we see low efficiency or employees overworking.
- Email reports. i am not reglarly logging in, the more i can get emailed to me the better. I want it to push data to me.
- Alarm alerts through email
Again, being able to intervene when we see issues with productivity. Allowing employees to work remotely or in person, whichever is the most productive for individual employees. Providing feedback.
It has helped us to be able to prevent burnout by identifying when employees are working too many hours. It has also helped us identify risk when employees are underworking. We have used data to compare whether certain employees are effective working remotely or not.
We are not managing process workflows using ActivTrak.
Many years ago we did evaluate some others, but I don't have that data available now.
