We mostly utilize Acumatica for Finance and Manufacturing. Although I've used it for Sales, Operations, Distribution and Project Management as well. From BOM management, inventory, resources planning, fixed assets, billing, and even taxes, everything is connected to make our lives easier. When we want to add something to our ERP, it's a simple addition and implementation. The partners are knowledgeable and training is easily available for everyone through the Acumatica University. Support is responsive and always has a solution. The marketplace helps you connect other systems through ISV's so you're not reinventing the wheel. Customizing the ERP to fit your needs is what Acumatica is designed for. Unlike other ERP's that make you fit into their one size fits most solutions, Acumatica fits everyone at Go-Live. Business changes? No problem, Acumatica can easily change with you! Acumatica is constantly evolving with industry changes instead of being stagnant like other ERP's. With two major releases per year, their offerings are constantly focusing on delivering the greatest solution for their customers. Their Summits are a great place to network and learn as well!

Acumatica VAR/Partner
It isn't easy to pinpoint in a review the high-level areas of Acumatica that are most favorable. Everything is modular, so you can use what you need. Everything is customizable to fit your needs as well. If something you need isn't there and can't be customized, there's a marketplace to find a certified partner to integrate a solution. Already have a solution? You can integrate those with an API connection. There's no downside. Before utilizing Acumatica, we were using QuickBooks to take care of our finances. This is great for small businesses. But we were growing so quickly that we needed a solution that would grow and scale with us. We are also an omni-channel company when it comes to our revenue streams. Managing this without an ERP solution is nearly impossible. Acumatica helps streamline this for us and gives us the visibility we needed. We're also utilizing Sales Force and our own VMS system. Acumatica allows us to connect to everything and conduct business from a single platform. We're able to handle our finances, manage workflows, sales orders, track customers, manufacturing and much much more. Having everything in a single system reduces time spent finding information and increases productivity.
