Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign

My organization uses Adobe Sign for all external & internal document and contract signing, organization-wide. It is the only esignature product that we employ at the organization. I and others are heavy users in our interactions internally & with third parties, often sending lengthy documents for multiple completions / signatures. We use this on a weekly , sometimes daily, basis ; and we use the web app as well as the desktop version of the application.
  • Comprehensive & complex field inputs
  • Mult-signatories
  • Viewing progress of documents, documents in queue
  • Not really an intuitive platform. Some basic tutorials, or just disambiguation between functionalities, would help
  • Interface between the web application & desktop application is not intuitive
  • No 'delivery error' is triggered if the signature request fails to reach destination email
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Ease of Use
  • Other
Other - security across multiple internal users of the company platform.
  • Positive : has served our needs of getting documents securely signed
  • Negative: time required on behalf of employees to prepare the documents for signature is greater than other similar platforms
UX is more complex than other similar products, and load time of documents also feels fractionally longer than other similar products.
Adobe Acrobat Sign is a recognized, familiar, and trusted esignature platform in our industry, and external parties are confident in the security and functionality it provides.

Do you think Adobe Acrobat Sign delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Acrobat Sign's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Acrobat Sign live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Adobe Acrobat Sign go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Adobe Acrobat Sign again?

Yes

I have prior experience at a previous company with DocuSign, and while that platform may provide a smaller set of features & functionality, it is also more intuitive for first-time users.
The platform is good for power users, and users who are well-versed and trained, but for users whose needs might entail a single simple signature, and/or who might use it infrequently (less than once per month), there are other esign document platforms that are more intuitive and the time required to be proficient with the platform is less.
