Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Sign
We use it so we can do everything digital now. Instead of having to print out a copy, sign, and the send an email with the signed scanned copy. It cuts down on wasted paper and time by having less steps to get an official document through the necessary steps.

A necessary step to reduce waste and time for people. There are many documents that pass through several hands and people need to sign off on to get even some basic things approved. This streamlines the process, and makes it easier for the users and tracking where the bottleneck is at times.
- Less waste
- Better Traceability
- Training and getting users to change can be difficult at times.
As stated before. When working within a government agency. There is often lots of paper work that needs to go through multiple people in order for the process, item, or other need met. So with Adobe Acrobat Sign we can cut down on paper and waste throughout the organization and save time with printing, signing, and scanning documents.
- DocuSign and Simple Sign
Better integrates with our other systems, and allows employees to use it easier along other applications. We already use lots of adobe products so the decision was based heavily on that. I think Adobe Acrobat Sign can be a little clunky at times, but once a user has been trained on how to use it they are happy with the decision.
