Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Sign
Adobe Sign is being used for process digitization to replace paper based forms across the whole organization. This has been highly effective so far by creating an easy way for individuals to complete, initiate and send forms all over the organization. There are tons of use cases from finance to human resources.
- Easy completion for participants.
- Tracking of documents.
- Reminders built in to the system.
- Decentralized initiation of forms.
- No option to have users enter subsequent participants.
- Single group membership.
- Less use of resources like paper, ink, etc.
- Continuity of business in remote environment.
Adobe Sign is leveraged much more as a workflow tool than a digital signature tool since most processes fall under internal approvals which don't require a signature. That being said the workflow capabilities are useful, but exist in primarily a static setup with little ability to have dynamic flows linked to organizational structure or something like that.
