Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We use ADP Vantage HCM across entire company. Currently, we are using the HR, Time, Benefits and Payroll modules. Employees can view all their information and enter time. Managers can view all information for direct and indirect reports. We have centralized most admin/ payroll processes for greater control and consistency.
  • We went from manual time sheets to electronic time reporting very easily.
  • Our dedicated service team is excellent.
  • Issues with specific funtionality often escalated to "development" black hole.
  • Electronic feeds to some vendors don't work properly.
  • Change Control project leaders are weak. Often don't have the technical or project management knowledge/expertise needed.
  • Payroll efficiencies from automation
  • More automation = less manual work

Less complex pay situations are easier.

I believe ADP has changed their implementation model since ours which is good.
