Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now was the primary HRIS for our HR and Payroll needs. It stored all employee data and was used to link information to the payroll. This system was used by over 300 employees to view and update their personal information such as address and other personal information. We also had 5 administrator level users in the HR and accounting department.

  • Gives the administrator access to features such as easy reporting.
  • Easy to add in new employees.
  • Support needs major improvement.
  • Terms used are a little confusing.
  • Information does not flow over to ADP modules.
  • Quick pay check delivery.
  • Poor customer service resulted in inefficiency.
  • Push of projects awaiting response for tickets.
I have used UltiPro as an HRIS and I feel that it beats ADP Workforce Now hands down. Customer service, workflows and flow of information is much better in UltiPro compared to ADP Workforce Now. I feel that ADP Workforce Now is also a lot less user friendly and can be confusing. The overall look and feel of ADP Workforce Now is outdated as well.
This application may work best for a company that only needs one of its modules. I feel that the information does not flow over well to its modules. For example the time keeping module information does not flow over to the payroll module easily. I would not recommend ADP Workforce Now to a company that is looking for an all inclusive application.
