Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are using workforce now in 3 of our businesses which are all restaurants. I use it for HR and payroll. The reporting function helps us with overtime control. It makes employee file maintenance much easier as well. We would like to move forward sometime soon with the time and attendance product. Once we upgrade our POS system we will be doing so.
- ADP Workforce now has the ability to import detailed Excel spreadsheets and convert them into to pay data.
- The ability to process manual checks.
- ADP processes and delivers payments to lien holders such as tax and finance and child support.
- The reporting function has much to offer but is not very user-friendly; generally, I have to call in for assistance generating a report.
- Terminated employees are usually archived and you cannot access their information after a certain period of time. This causes conflicts when I receive unemployment claims and I need to access their information.
- When the site is moving slowly, it's difficult for me to process payroll. I receive "page timed out" errors.
