Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is used across the entire organization.
- [It] potentially could streamline open enrollment for health insurance annually, if set up appropriately.
- [It] houses and tracks all employee data in one software system for reporting.
- Implementation - [in my experience,] we're still trying to get every aspect set up correctly after over two years.
- [I think a] dedicated HR representative is necessary, but [in my experience, was] not provided or available ([during my experience,] once we threatened to leave, we finally got [a representative], [but then] they left ADP [and now,] we [are] struggling to get another).
- [Because of my experience, I would appreciate] a dedicated payroll representative, who actually attends meetings instead of regularly cancelling them, [which has] not helpful.
- [Because of my experience, I would like] a Time & Attendance representative who can help us resolve setup issues and troubleshoot errors, instead of just telling us to ignore them.

[In my experience,] it has been a terrible integration - [I] still [get] daily import errors that no one has yet (2 + years later) been able to help us to resolve.
Should ADP [Workforce Now] ever get set up correctly, I think that it could be very beneficial to our company. But, until that time, [I feel] this has been the most painful and prolonged implementation process that we have ever had to endure, with no end in sight.
