Overall, I think ADP Workforce Now can work for any size company. The process and processing time would not change much based on the number of employees.

ADP feeds employee info and hierarchies to Concur to set-up new users and determine management approval flow.

Concur Travel and Expense

Both are great products that we use for different purposes.

ADP Workforce Now is a great payroll tool. It makes processing hundreds of people a streamlined process. It is probably overkill for a smaller company with less than 50 employees.
