Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use ADP Workforce Now across our entire association. We utilize the following portals: recruitment, payroll, time & attendance, reports, benefits, people, and onboarding. All of our HR processes are currently online through ADP, including our personnel files, which are now on the cloud via ADP. ADP is extremely user-friendly for our part-time employees all the way up to our ADP practitioners.

Pros and Cons

Customer Support - If we ever have a problem/concern, we can call customer support or our account manager and always get an informed, helpful answer.
ADP is constantly updating their systems to reflect new laws, regulations, and to fix issues.

There are some reporting functions that need to be better. I have tried to run reports in the past and cannot access the information I am looking for.
There are certain quirks to the system that do not allow you to complete certain tasks as you would like to. For example, you cannot add an employee's I9 information after they have received a paycheck.

Return on Investment

ADP has streamlined our processes allowing us to spend more time on other areas of our business.
ADP has allowed us to use one vendor for all of our HR needs.
