Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is being used across the whole organization with online benefits enrollment, time and attendance, payroll, and HRIS.
- Benefits set-up.
- General ledger.
- Customer service.
- Ability to deal with someone in the tax department directly.
- Being able to import mass pay changes is a great feature! That saves us hours and hours of having to enter each pay change manually.
- We have implemented the Wisely Pay Card and has been great for our employees that do not want a traditional direct deposit account. This saves us from having many uncashed checks.
- We have carrier connection feeds set up to go out to our benefit carriers.
It does take time to set up the feeds. However, in my experience, once you are assigned a specialist, they are really good at assisting getting this set-up and providing accurate information to our different carriers. These feeds save us so much time and the accuracy we have between the information in ADP to what the benefits carriers have on their end is 100%.
The payroll feature in ADP is better than UltiPro or Paycom. In UltiPro, you are unable to set up batches before you process the payroll. You have to run the payroll first and then go and enter the changes. I hated this as I had to hold on to manual one time changes until payroll was processed instead of just adding it to a batch before payroll is processed. This added on time to how long it took me to process payroll. In my experience, the reporting in Dayforce was very difficult and not user-friendly.
