Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for our payroll, timekeeping, benefits GL, taxes, garnishment/liens, and Affordable Care compliance.
  • Very versatile in implementing and accommodating to your company needs
  • Very easy to use
  • I haven't really had many issues that they couldn't resolve.
  • We were able to do a contact with ADP for 5 years to control our rates.
I love the ADP product!
  • Nothing to date but have some things in the works
When Paychex was on the "preview" platform we had no real issues. Once they moved to the "Flex" program, it caused us all kinds of issues and they were never able to solve the problems the new platform created. They had too many bugs with this program and were not able to keep up in getting timely resolution. It added time to my workload because of all the work rounds we had to deal with.
We pay our linehaul drivers by the mile. They also need an hourly pay setup to be able to pay them a straight rate for vacation, personal holidays, etc. We used another provider previously and this was not an easy process to enter in payroll each week. ADP simplified this process for entering each week and has saved my terminal managers time every week.
