Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All benefits, payroll and HR functions.
  • Payroll processing
  • Payroll statements & annual payroll statements
  • All information on one website
  • Fewer updates
  • Less security for administrators
  • Better report writing
  • The paperless aspect for all pay statements and annual statements is amazing.
  • The endless updates when something is working fine and then they "update" it is frustrating.
  • Additional improvements are needed on being able to write reports.
There are some additional improvements that could be made to the reporting and how to write reports.
