Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being utilized throughout the whole organization. Employee information for HR purposes, medical, worker's comp cases, pay information. Everything we need to keep track of our employees is housed in ADP.
  • Keeps track of necessary HR information.
  • Track Worker's Comp cases.
  • Able to pull several reports to ensure compliance in several areas.
  • Keeps the necessary information concise and is easy to navigate.
  • For some individual reports if information is not put in the way the system likes it the information will not show up on the report.
  • Where reports are "housed" does not always make sense.
  • I would change some of the grab fields for necessary reports.
  • Makes HR information much easier to track.
  • Functionality improves overall performance for all employees.
  • ADP is definitely a good product for our organizations.

Dependent on what information I wanted to add or extract but it is very easy to navigate.
ADP I feel is easier to extract reports from and easier to navigate in general.

Anytime I have needed assistance the staff have gone above and beyond to assist with whatever was needed.
I feel overall ADP is very functional and easy to navigate.
