Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Across the entire organization for time and attendance recording keeping, employee file organization, benefits management, payroll, etc.
- Payroll.
- Customizable reports.
- [I believe] ADP buys companies and tries to make them work with their system which sometimes causes issues.
- Although our account manager has great response times, other members of ADP take a bit to respond to issues we submit.
- Streamlined onboarding process.

Fully integrated (except for Personnel files- we are working on this)
UKG offered services we really liked. Both ADP and UKG are expensive and decided to stick with ADP for now as moving HRIS systems is a big task and each system comes with its own set of challenges.
