It is used for Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Customer service
- Benefits administration
- Employee maintenance
- Service connect is not very user friendly.
- On 2 occasions, customer service calls were disconnected and were not contacted back by the person helping me. Had to start over with someone else and redo what we had already done. Very frustrating.
- Really long wait time on phone calls 45 + minutes regularly.
I prefer to work with ADP because I am familiar with it and it has a good HR system, not just accounting focused like other companies.
