Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
As an HR/Payroll department of one ADP Workforce now was able to assist in automating many different processes. We currently use the onboarding function which allows new employees to complete all new hire paperwork including the I-9 within ADP prior to their first day. Then through ADP I am able to verify through the E-verify system. All documents are saved within the profile. We also utilize the time and attendance function which has been a godsend with our technicians we are able to capture all of the necessary information to be able to bill back our customers. Vacation policies are built in so accrual rates automatically increase when necessary, rollover amounts occur automatically. We also use it for merit increases and bonuses. Manager are able to put in their recommendations and then it goes through the proper approval process before automatically being added to the payroll. I have had great experience with customer service and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to change. Oh are you adding a new state? ADP handles the tax filings for you as well.

We have not done any integrations due to the size of our company, but I have heard of companies who have and they had no complaints.
Honestly with this version of ADP, it does everything I need it to.
