Overall Satisfaction with Airtable
We've recently started using Airtable to manage our marketing calendar from projects to collateral, social media and editorial. Prior to Airtable we had multiple spreadsheets across different folders and shared drives and this has enabled us to put all of our projects into one location and collaborate in real time on those projects.
- Allowing the option for different views for each user is terrific.
- Having a calendar feature where you can see all dates for various sheets is really helpful.
- The ability to link items on one sheet to another so when you're updating the team it updates across items is very efficient.
- The attachment feature is helpful, but a little clunky when going to view what others have uploaded.
- We're just getting started with Airtable, but I suspect we'll find that our productivity will increase are we'll be able to stay on task and not get behind on projects.
