Overall Satisfaction with Airtable

Airtable is being used by a department. It addresses our strategy and planning for various jobs we work on.
  • It's much more user-friendly than Excel. I can use it to track ad spend and performance all in one.
  • Being able to sort by grouping is great. I can respond to people's questions quickly.
  • The color coding is great. Not only does it make a spreadsheet more fun to look at, but helps me with at-a-glance looks.
  • Some free setup support would be a nice add-on.
  • We haven't been using Airtable that long, but feel like we have gotten more done effectively and efficiently since implementing it.
We use Basecamp as more of the "where our work gets done" space, while Airtable is planning the work.
Airtable works great for our strategizing and planning around different campaigns. We use it for everything from organizing our newsletter, to tracking advertising spend.
