Overall Satisfaction with Atera

We use Atera to support our staff and students with remote management and ticket management. We support 10 schools using Atera.

  • Mobile app isn't intuitive to use.
  • Mobile web version has a few formatting issues.
  • Help to reduce site visits with remote access capabilities.
  • Cut power costs with reliable shutdown automation.
Remote monitoring and access capabilities [are] far more user friendly and advanced.
Atera is very easy to use by all of our technicians.
It's been very convenient to add on services as required and helped to keep costs down when necessary.
For managed services providers mainly, but would be helpful to manage a single business.
