We use Atera to manage multiple clients and their devices. We use it to manage alerts and to create tickets to manage time to complete the repair or fix. We also use it to manage updates, security, software, patches, etc.

- Just need to cut down on the number of alert the system generates in my own configuration settings
- Require an easy way to be notified if a new device connects to the network even if the device does not have an agent installed

We have been able to address issues proactively before the user realizes that they have a problem. We have been able to advise them on the possible issue and resolve it before it becomes a major problem.
We have been able to implement processes and SLAs at pricing that suits our different clients.
