Overall Satisfaction with Avalara
We use Avalara to automatically apply sales tax to our individual B2B and B2C invoices with our accounting team. Since we sell online and across the country, Avalara is critical in helping us ensure we are applying the correct rates and tracking our sales tax exposure appropriately. We hope to implement a new module next year with their filing service as we don't have the capacity to handle this in-house any longer. Avalara is a great alternative to having an on-site sales tax expert.
