Overall Satisfaction with Avalara AvaTax

We used Avalara's Ava Tax solution to calculate and file sales tax collected from e-commerce sales.

  • Reliable
  • Accurate
  • The need to speak to a live person is somewhat hard to acquire
  • Very Good ROI, considering we handled manually before

We have inquired several times on the global options available.
The administrative tool was very easy to use, the Avalara University(Help Center) was awesome. My only issue was with my account manager support. It seems that I had a new account manager assigned to my account more frequently than desired. The account managers were hard to get ahold of and were very slow in answering emails.
