I have been using Avaya Cloud Office for 1 year. And in this pandemic situation, I can say it is a great helper in business communication. We all are working from home and using this we can easily connect, chat with each other, and ramp up our tasks quickly. The features I like the most are file sharing, virtual team rooms, and Google Drive service. The user interface is pretty good, you can easily understand all the features.
