I use it as my everyday phone. I use and sell ACO. It simplifies my workflow and allows me to stay connected with my team. Having chat, efax, and texting is a great addition for a phone system. It also allows me to connected no matter where I am at in the world.

We benefit but at the same time it creates problems for us because now I have multiple platforms in which to communicate. We use Teams but we sell ACO. I communicate to Avaya employees using ACO and use Teams to communicate internally
I have it integrated with Outlook. It allows me to schedule meetings and keep everything in one place.
