Pros and Cons

The support team is always available. I've never had an issue that couldn't be solved.
Great ease of use, and super helpful tutorials, so I rarely even need to call support.
Great selection of Website templates!

I honestly don't have any right now.

Return on Investment

I came from a total custom site and not being able to make small changes by myself. Also, being able to quickly change a color or add a sale and having support/customer service always available was a huge plus to me.

Scalability

I can add/take away as many products as I want and change the way the site looks. For me, as a small artist, BigCommerce works perfectly.

BigCommerce Customization

I need to research this more. I would like to sit down with BigCommerce and have someone show me how I could be better at this.

I came from a custom website to Volusion. I used Volusion for 6 months before I realized their astronomical fee structure. BigCommerce has a standard price each month, which is important for me as an artist.
