- Has the capacity for a large number of SKUs
- Easy to use at the back end even for those who aren't technically proficient
- 24 hour support
- Checkout page - I'd like to be able to customise it more without having to go for a full custom checkout
- Coupon codes - it's hard to see where to add them
- The automatic related products could be more relevant i.e. On a bra page customers are pointed to more bras but it woudl be great if the system could identify compatible items like briefs
- It has saved me time - much quicker than old Magento store
- Easier to use so allows me to outsource more complex tasks to VA
- Less time dealing with support

It was down to the number of variants you allow. I have a product with over 500 variants most of the competition can't handle it.
