Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

Our website and eCommerce presence. Informational for location, etc.
  • Ease of use for importing and exporting items.
  • Good integration for middleware.
  • Support is responsive.
  • CSS is intimidating for customization.
  • Importing is easy but tricky as far as updating product images.
  • Good but we have a limited use case.

Haven't really scaled much.
Haven't used - looking at middleware to integrate our POS.
Good, but I like Shopify's simple product look.
eCommerce is amazing although some competitors (Shopify) have a nice look. Not as suited for specific niches like photographers, etc.
