Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

Birdeye helps consolidate review site monitoring in one place and allows organizations respond quickly. I use it for reputation management, chat features, and more. The chat feature is a lot more affordable than other alternatives out there, although it's not quite as capable as others. It has a variety of uses with an easy to use interface.

Birdeye is cheaper than Intercom for the chat feature, but significantly less robust. Intercom is the most powerful chat tool that we have used, but the price is significantly higher than Birdeye. You get what you pay for in this scenario, but Birdeye's chat offers enough to get the job done on B2B sites.

Birdeye is a great solution for a smaller company wanting to combine solutions for their website. Reputation management and chat features are simple. Larger organizations may require more robust features for their website, which Birdeye isn't exactly set up for currently. The ability to send mass review requests is a gamechanger and they can tie into your CMS (is using one).

Birdeye Support

Support is extremely quick to move and they attempt to help. Their sales team overpromised on a few items that the Dev team was unable to provide, but that is not Dev or Support's fault. I've had nothing but good experiences with the support team. The only thing I would suggest is setting up a calendar rather than random calls in the middle of the day.
