Overall Satisfaction with Birdeye

A3 Smart Home LP uses Birdeye to help manage our online reputation across multiple reviews sites. It is a great way to track your overall star rating across multiple sites over time. It is also a powerful tool to help request reviews from happy customers.

I have not used any other software prior to Birdeye. I was always managing manually in google sheets.
