Overall Satisfaction with Bizzabo

We currently use Bizzabo as our event management and registration tool for our annual user conference. It allows us to easily create an event website with pre-loaded templates, helps to manage and process ticket sales and payments, tracks registrations, supports onsite registration, lead capture for event sponsors and enables our mobile app.

Overall, Bizzabo performed better than Cvent and Eventbrite offering the most functionality.
Ease of use is better than Marketo and Salesforce's Pardot, however on the integration side for automation the data is very one-directional.
Bizzabo should be used only for event communications once registered and not as an additional tool for event promotions.

Bizzabo is well suited for small to medium-sized businesses looking to host a few in-person events per year and do not have an in-house web team or other software to create event websites with registration and payment.

Bizzabo is not well-suited for virtual events as the agenda and timing fine details aren't easily user-friendly.
