Alumni and prospect research. I use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT to review alumni and prospect records. I also use it to record notes of conversations, meetings, and to upload documents.

Raiser's Edge NXT allows us to segment our donors for targeted marketing pieces as well as targeted solicitations. Through this process,
we have been able to reach donors in more specific ways and that has helped our fundraising efforts.
