Great Donor Management System in All Fundraising Aspects

We utilize Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT as our donor relationship management system and donation tracking. We also utilize for tracking grants and event sponsorships. The software allows us to quickly and easily manage the day-to-day work of fundraising for a robust human services nonprofit. We use Raiser's Edge daily and even staff outside of a true fundraising role (such as our CEO or Chief Communications Officer) find it easy to use. As the administrator for the system for our organization, I have only run into a few issues that have required me to dig deeper into their FAQs or knowledge base online.

We are able to quickly and efficiently export data to manipulate in Excel or to use the dashboards already built into the NXT system. By having up-to-date data that refreshes quickly, we are able to effectively plan next steps around all aspects of fundraising- events, sponsorships, grants, and individual asks.
