Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

We use Bloomreach Engagement to build automated, joined-up user journeys across multiple channels. This is done in a much more scalable way compared to our previous marketing automation platform. It also provides the ability to use multiple channels closer to the marketeers and frees us up to think more strategically. Having various channels available, alongside reporting and data management capabilities in one platform, helps us react faster to news events and get promotion materials out quicker.

Generally speaking, Bloomreach's support team is great. They go out of their way to come up with solutions and workarounds for problems or issues and then clearly present them. However, they can sometimes take a while to get back to us, plus some of their solutions are far from ideal and highlight underlying improvements that could be made to the product. They do seem quite receptive to this though and are happy to take notes from such interactions.
Bloomreach has been a step up in terms of the ability to build, manage and optimize marketing workflows/journeys. This now allows us to put ideas for journeys into practice in a far shorter time, as well as optimize journeys more quickly. It's also made it much easier to design content and is being regularly updated. The personalization options are very extensive and I think we've only scratched the surface.

Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is a great platform for building, managing, and optimizing end-to-end user journeys. It's also very scalable, and provides multiple channels for users, with good data and consent management features for those wary about compliance issues. Aside from the core functionality around user journeys, I feel that other channels and features could be built out more (and I have no doubt this will happen in the future). This is the main thing stopping this from being a 10/10 offering, which the core functionality is.
