We use Bloomreach Engagement to build automated, joined-up user journeys across multiple channels. This is done in a much more scalable way compared to our previous marketing automation platform. It also provides the ability to use multiple channels closer to the marketeers and frees us up to think more strategically. Having various channels available, alongside reporting and data management capabilities in one platform, helps us react faster to news events and get promotion materials out quicker.

Bloomreach has been a step up in terms of the ability to build, manage and optimize marketing workflows/journeys. This now allows us to put ideas for journeys into practice in a far shorter time, as well as optimize journeys more quickly. It's also made it much easier to design content and is being regularly updated. The personalization options are very extensive and I think we've only scratched the surface.
