- the possibility of showing movements in reports and dashboards (currently available only in segments)
- setting a minimal time between two steps in funnels
- email template preview automatically rendered for customers who would flow through the scenario to the template
- being able to compare a customer attribute and a metric in a condition
- tracking ad audience name in the campaign event (not only audience id)
- voucher pool alerting once the pool is running out of vouchers
- we support many clients with their Bloomreach tasks so I think there is a client who can feel the impact in every field mentioned in the question
Bloomreach helps me in all the mentioned cases. We create complex automised flows, we can optimize the existing ones when a new feature comes out, with a high rate of personalisation
The user friendly-ness is on a different level, it's a completely different league
