Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
During our implementation of Slack, we integrated with BlueJeans and now use it company-wide for all video conference calls/meetings.
- The screen share function is great.
- The screen recordings are smooth and easy to record and review.
- The quality of the video and audio is as good as I've seen.
- There are very few calls with 'glitches'.
- Ability to record a certain portion of the screen only.
- We were struggling with Skype for the longest time and finally made the jump to BlueJeans. It works exactly as I hoped and as I would expect with very little downtime.
BlueJeans is on par or better than all of the other options out there. There are others that have a wider audience so you may encounter people who have never heard of [BlueJeans] which can cause some initial concern on their part, but the user interface is easy and login is easy so it never really is an issue.
