Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar
We use Bomgar throughout the Enterprise to remotely access our user base. Both desktop/laptop, on the local LAN or on the Internet
- It can be used outside of the the company network, as long as your target has internet connection, you can get to them. Dameware cannot do that
- Jump 'stations' points can be used for faster access in WAN situations
- No improvements I can think of
- improved efficiency and customer satisfaction
