Currently, Box is used across departments to share sensitive information which can be subjected to various data safety regulations. Box ensures that we exchange information as safely as possible without additional work.
  • Simple to use with user friendly interfaces
  • Ease of adding / removing users and supports multiple levels of access
  • Uploading / downloading files is fast and one step process
  • Folder structure can be difficult navigate and find what you need exactly at once
  • Shared files do not indicate current viewers / users
  • depends on internet
  • Trusted security and the safety of the information shared
  • Ease of sharing
  • Increased efficiency of how easy files can be shared in a way that the information is safe and secure
  • Software is reliable and well-reputed and this helps us to keep our client's mind at ease
Mainly how Box provides a far safer and a secure solution that is clearly complying with current data security regulations like HIPAA.

Box is ideal if you are sharing sensitive information ( such as patient information that should be protected under HIPAA ) with another party and the safety of the information is important.

However, if you are sharing general documents and files without any sensitive information, a general application like Google Drive would also do the job.
