Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

We had no problems with the implementation.
We were very satisfied with the customer support. I had several escalated issues and Yana was always a big help. Response time was good as well. This was actually one of the best things about Brightpearl.
It is being used as POS for our retail stores and for back office inventory management.

  • Probably mostly neutral--the CRM could be much improved and there aren't good customer reports.
  • In fact, reporting in general is very weak. I exported data to do my own reports but the data export has a lot of room for improvement.
I wasn't involved with the selection of Brightpearl.
It's well suited to a small, simple inventory scenario. We struggled with it when we expanded from Hong Kong to a new store in New York. Managing multiple inventory warehouses is tedious. There's not good media integration with products (attaching a photo to a sku that you can see everywhere--reports, etc).
