Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Broadvoice is our primary voice and video communication tool. We use it regularly for video links (replacing Zoom), make outbound calls, receive inbound calls and retrieve voice mail. Our primary number goes directly to the Broadvoice system.
- Great video quality- appearance and speed
- Allows our phone calls to go to voice mail without disrupting us
- Makes outbound calls easy.
- Starting a meeting takes one too many clicks (or maybe I just don't know how to use it best).
- Integration with my calendar (Outlook) would be nice, but that may also be my ignorance.
