- Mobile app is really nice. I have my calls ring at both my desk and mobile so I don't miss important calls when I step away from my desk.

Broadvoice is better on every measure. Mitl was expensive, charged separately for many features that included by Broadvoice. Most importantly, the customer support was 100% offshore by workers whose primary language was not English. Although they followed the script for giving support, often they were quite difficult to understand.
