Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
It's our company phone system.
- B-Hive app is great, easy to use
- Mobile app is really nice. I have my calls ring at both my desk and mobile so I don't miss important calls when I step away from my desk.
- Great customer support. The difference between our old phone provider who was non US based and Broadvoice is remarkable.
- I am Administrator for the phones. I wished there was a manual to use for reference.
- Phones are easy to manage

- The system is competitively priced while still being feature rich
Broadvoice is better on every measure. Mitl was expensive, charged separately for many features that included by Broadvoice. Most importantly, the customer support was 100% offshore by workers whose primary language was not English. Although they followed the script for giving support, often they were quite difficult to understand.
