Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Canto is a great tool that allows our team to work collaboratively, which is very helpful now that we are primarily working remotely. We use Canto not only to store our resources so that they are available for all to use, but we also back up our final files.
- Easy to use.
- Tags files so they can be found easily.
- Allows users to download files in formats/sizes needed.
- Can be difficult to move files from location-to-location when re-organizing.
- Limited number of users permitted to upload files.
- Can be costly to add licenses for additional users.
- Allows better brand management because all users are pulling from the same resources.
- Adds an extra layer of security by backing up our final projects.
- Easy to provide materials to freelance designers.
I have not evaluated other products. We were using Canto when I started my position.
