Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

CaptivateIQ has been great in my department. I work on the Sales Team and make commissions almost weekly. It can be difficult to track in my head or on paper, let alone understand when it will hit my bank account. This is a great tool to understand all of those concepts as well as figure out net income after taxes.
  • Tracking of payments
  • I love the filter tool especially at the end of the quarter/year.
  • I would like to see more features, maybe links to other technology that we use.
  • Total adjusted amount! Pretty much the only thing I look at.
  • The status is important as well.
  • Lets the corporation be straight forward and I never have to second guess their reliability.

Commissions-based jobs are the best for this, especially for companies that are growing or have a significant amount of employees in many different departments. I'm sure it can also be used for other scenarios, however, this is currently the only thing that I use it for, but I really enjoy it.
