Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We use CaptivateIQ to calculate and manage commissions for several of our teams including Sales Development, Sales Representatives, Account Management, and related VPs. The platform helps us process large data sets and summarize the results for review by management and payees. Some of the plans utilize direct syncs between our company's data platforms and CaptivateIQ, and some currently use manual uploads.
  • Customer Service - the team assigned to work with us has been great. They are always prompt in getting back to us and helping make updates to existing plans and building new teams.
  • New features - they are constantly implementing new features and process improvements
  • User interface - the platform is easy to use and navigate
  • Pre-processing reporting - it would be great to have some of the reporting features available in a test environment as we work through the data each period
  • Downloads sometimes route you to the "Jobs" page, and sometimes just download--would be great if they always just downloaded
  • Having the commission plans built in CaptivateIQ has allowed the responsibility to shift from one team to another with relative ease when there is turnover.
They are always prompt, professional, and super helpful. They've been able to help us with every issue we've brought up. We have also had a consistent team assigned to help us each time.

I really like the functionality to build out commission plans for larger and/or more complicated teams/plans. Sometimes we will have an individual on a unique plan--we don't always take the time to build out those one person special plans within CaptivateIQ and just calculate manually.
