Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

The CaptivateIQ interface enables me and my coworkers to approve commission rates and amounts easily and gives my managers a chance to review whether everything aligns with the quarterly totals from our sales tracking software. It is super helpful and has a great UX, which makes facilitating every quarter commission drop simple and effective.

  • For me as an employee, the availability of line item sales numbers and the associated commission rates for each makes trusting everything extremely easy.
  • Knowing how much commission I will make allows me to focus more on delivering the best business outcomes for my clients rather than how much I am making off of the deals I create.

If you are a large company with many account executives/managers that are paid commissions, this is for you. The previous software we used was very complicated, but CaptivateIQ is simple and gives you all the info you need right away. There's no fuss when it comes to approvals or disputes and I think I speak for management when I say its easy for them as well.
