- Being able to jump to clips through the transcript is very handy
- Searching the transcript for key terms expedites finding the right customer quotes
- Ability to share recordings easily with others in the company for feedback
- Transcription is not very accurate
- Uploading recordings through the settings menu is not intuitively placed
- Does not support audio only format of recordings
- I don't use this in a sales capacity, so not sure on ROI.
- It has been handy for organizing multiple customer interviews and quickly identifying quotes to use in presenting research findings
Integrates nicely with Zoom
We've used it to log customer interviews during research, and it's allowed us to present audio of actual customers making points that connect to broad themes of our research -- much more compelling to hear our customers speaking about our products/services than to just have bullet points on a slide.
