The majority of recorders are our Sales and Customer Success team members. We are recording the majority of our calls to review next steps, coach our teams on filler words, how often they let the customer talk, etc.

The majority of the listeners are the managers, leadership, and Product team. We use the recording to review key word triggers, and review calls after they are completed. We have triggers for competitors, as well as possible enhancements the Product team would like to be aware of.

We have just started using it for training and onboarding of new employees, and will link to previous calls for their review and understanding of our Product and it's positioning.
  • Use without thought (I know it's just there and don't need to "do something" to get it running).
  • Unobtrusive when connected.
  • Easy sharing of calls and snippets.
  • I wish there was an easier way to start a recording back up if it is stopped, vs starting a new recording.

I enjoy the auto attendance connection to my Zoom and Outlook calendars. I have not used any other tools in the past to compare against. I would enjoy a Firefox add-on, to maybe allow quick connection to for when I'm joining other tools, such as Teams, Google Meet or others my Prospects provide as an alternative to my Zoom.
We have used it for internal brown bags to be shared with future hires and review of existing employees in the future for refreshers. This allows us to easily manage our initiative to have a robust training program in the near future.
We have had nothing but exceptional service and experiences with employees. I was part of the initial review, setup, and roll out of and never had to wait for follow-up or assistance with configuration or training recommendations for our team. I have not used the KB extensively but never had trouble finding what I needed quickly.
I have no need to go looking for an alternative. I feel has everything I need and not interested in the competition.
I love the product thoroughly. I recommend all of my Sales and Customer Success team members be using I also regularly send links to calls to others if there is something interesting they should review. I rely heavily on my recordings and typically feel I'm missing something when the call isn't being recorded.

Slightly off topic, I regularly explain to my customers that is the other half of my brain and it my digital note taker.
